OUR SUCCESS

Our success depends on the consistent provision of high quality medical consultants. We have developed one of the most rigorous vetting processes in the industry which is in line with the ‘Code of Practice’ for the Recruitment of Consultants. This includes the following:

  • Detailed registration forms, which are assessed by the Medical Director and our experienced Advisors
  • A detailed health questionnaire
  • All supporting documentation including Post-Graduate Qualifications, GMC / IMC Certificates
  • Professional Indemnity Membership is verified
  • At least two current referees are required (including last employer)
  • Overseas doctors need to provide evidence of immigration status and language fluency
  • We require documented evidence of Hep B & C immunity status and other immunisations
  • We will also undertake Criminal Records Bureau checks which are “enhanced disclosure checks”
  • Evidence of attendance at mandatory training sessions.
